I am so thankful for Belhaven! The word of God was poured over me and I learned to think critically about all of reality during my studies at Belhaven University, and God used the instruction received as well as the relationships formed here to give me more of a heart to serve Christ and His Kingdom. I love to teach the Bible here at Belhaven and to see students transformed by Christ and equipped for His calling on their lives. Soli Deo Gloria!
Jude 1:24- Now all glory to God, Who is able to keep you from falling and to present you with great joy before His glorious presence without a single fault!

The Desoto campus location is convenient for candidates in North Mississippi, West Tennessee, and Arkansas. With sensible campus schedules and online options, degree completion can be achieved while maintaining responsibilities to family, work and ministry. I serve with great joy at an amazing intersection; where education and faith unite.
Psalm 28:7 - The Lord is my Strength and my [impenetrable] Shield; my heart trusts in, relies on, and confidently leans on Him, and I am helped; therefore my heart greatly rejoices, and with my song will I praise Him.

It is my desire to help people as much as I can and Belhaven has afforded me the opportunity to perform in this capacity while helping others during their educational journey. I truly believe in the mission of Belhaven; "the Lordship of God over all aspects of our lives" and this includes college education. As a life-long learner, I have always believed that there are lessons in everything that happens to us in life, and I try to find the lessons that God sends me every day. Since beginning my job at Belhaven I have had the great pleasure of meeting so many wonderful people who encourage me in my Christian walk.
Philemon 2: 1-2 - So if there is any encouragement in Christ, any comfort from love, any participation in the Spirit, any affection and sympathy, complete my joy by being of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind.

Working with students to help them meet their educational goals and watching them grow professionally and spiritually as they are here at Belhaven University is an honor and a privilege for me. It is exciting to see how God uses each individual student's talents and abilities as they seek their life calling and profession.

It is a privilege to work with the adult and graduate students at Belhaven University. There is no greater joy for me than to journey with each student as they progress through their program of study and to see them walk confidently across the stage to receive their diploma. As an adult learner, I experienced the struggles of balancing family, church, work, and school. At Belhaven, we understand the need for balance, and we support you so you can successfully achieve your goals.
Proverbs 3:5-6 - Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding: In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths.
